Bronze wire can be created by players with 4 Smithing by using one bronze bar on an anvil.

- It is used in some quests, such as Creature of Fenkenstrain, Recipe for Disaster, Rocking Out, and Shilo Village.
- The Wise Old Man in Draynor Village will sometimes ask the player to fetch him some bronze wire.
- To make seaweed nets.
- To slice a cheese wheel.
