A buried in sand rest token is an item that can be won from a beach party ticket, obtained through activities during the Summer Beach Party or purchased through Flo for 33 Runecoins. It unlocks the buried in sand resting animation.
When the item was released in the Grand Exchange, it was called "Bured in sand rest emote token". This was an unintentional typo by Jagex. This has not been fixed as of 30 June 2015, and players need to look for the incorrect item name in order to purchase this item from the Grand Exchange.
