Buried in sand rest emote token was removed from RuneScape after an update, but still exists in-game for those who had obtained it.

A buried in sand rest emote token is an item that can be won from a beach party ticket, obtained through activities during the Summer Beach Party or purchased through Flo for 20 RuneCoins. It unlocks Buried in Sand Resting.

This item was only tradeable on the Grand Exchange while the Summer Beach Party (2015) event was active. Now it can only be traded directly with other players.

Trivia

When the item was initially released, it was called "Bured in sand rest emote token". This was fixed on 6 July 2015 with the game update Tuska Falls - Quick Lodestone Teleports.
