Burnt bird meat is the result of accidentally burning raw bird meat while attempting to make roast bird meat. Cooking a roast bird meat requires 11 Cooking, and burning it will become less common with a higher Cooking level. Cooking bird meat on a fire without a spit will result in poorly-cooked bird meat, but it can never be burnt.
The burnt bird meat has no use whatsoever. Like most other burnt food, it is tradeable to other players but not on the Grand Exchange.
