Burnt sweetcorn is the result of accidentally burning sweetcorn while attempting to make cooked sweetcorn. Cooking sweetcorn requires 28 Cooking; burning it becomes less common as one's Cooking level increases.
Burnt sweetcorn has no use whatsoever. Like most other burnt food, it is tradeable to other players but not on the Grand Exchange.
