Butler Jones the butler of the Carnillean family in East Ardougne. He replaced Higson as the butler of the family after his death.
During the quest Hazeel Cult, the player discovers that he is actually part of the Cult of Hazeel and he requests help resummoning the Mahjarrat Hazeel. Should the player side with the butler against the cult, Butler Jones is arrested. He used to be replaced by an identical butler due to technical limitations, but this role is being fulfilled by Butler Crichton now. This new Jones knew nothing of the previous one except that he was trouble.
Trivia
- Before the release of Carnillean Rising and Butler Chrichton, it was commonly believed that the new Butler Jones was actually the old Butler Jones, and that he'd been broken out of his cell and reinstated by the dull Carnilleans as the butler. This has since been disproven, obviously.
