This calculator calculates the profit (or loss) of using the Low Level Alchemy or High Level Alchemy spell on some F2P items.
The below table assumes that all items were acquired free of charge (e.g. selfmade or drops), a Staff of fire is equipped and Nature runes were bought for 405 at the Grand Exchange.
Of course if you had a rune bar, you might prefer to sell it at the GE for 2,985 rather than alching it for 789.
