The table below lists the profit (or loss) made from buying runes and ores and creating bars using the Superheat item spell.
It is assumed that a staff of fire or equivalent staff is being used.
Calculator
Superheat item gives 53 magic experience per cast. Superheat Item also gives regular smithing experience of the bars being made. To cast superheat item on a bar, the same Smithing level required to smelt the bar using a furnace is needed.
