The canopic jar with oil and ring is used in Dimension of Disaster: Curse of Arrav. It's made by adding sacred oil and a ring of life to an empty canopic jar, in either order.
You can turn this into a prepared canopic jar by adding dwellberries, then the jar can be used to hold Arrav's heart.
