Cardinals are high-ranking members of the church of Zaros. They are seen in Zaros's throne room during Children of Mah, when the player relives the memories of Kharshai. They are found close to the throne by Ocellus and Auriculus, and cannot be interacted with. They wear Zarosian war robes.
