The Carefree Crafting Stall is a crafting shop that sells crafting supplies. It is run by Nolar. It is located in the north-west of the eastern ground floor of the Consortium building, between the crossbow stall and Green Gemstone Gems.
The stall can be stolen from with a minimum thieving level of 5. Doing so successfully will give the player 16 experience, along with a random item from the shop. The supply respawns every 2.5 seconds. It is possible to trap a guard behind a pillar and supply boxes in order to prevent them from being caught.
