Antagonists are entities in Runescape that oppose the player, usually as part of a quest or similar storyline-related activity. Monsters that attack the player at random would not usually be considered antagonists.
Although Joe, the head prison gaurd from the Prince Ali Rescue quest is not in this list, he is still considered an antagonist.
