Trivia

Although this monster appears on Free-to-play worlds in the Taverley Slayer Dungeon, it cannot be killed because it requires a Slayer level of 7, while free players can only reach level 5.
The large level 18 cave bugs were level 96 before the Evolution of Combat.
When a level 18 cave bug is killed, it appears to fall apart and explode.
