Trivia

• Although this monster appears on F2P worlds in the Taverley Slayer Dungeon, it cannot be killed because it requires a slayer level of 7, while free players can only reach level 5.
• The large level 18 cave bugs were level 96 before the Evolution of Combat.
• When a level 18 cave bug is killed, it appears to fall apart and explode.
