Cave goblin guards are cave goblins found in its mines.

They are non-aggressive unless a player attacks a cave goblin miner. If a cave goblin miner is attacked, the guard (if near) will come to his aid.

They can be of some profit to players as their drops can be sold to the nearby Dorgeshuun store. These goblins can only be accessed by completing the members-only Lost Tribe quest.

These goblins also guard the entrance to Dorgesh-Kaan.
