Change of a Dress is an achievement that requires the player to switch to another bind loadout which requires the player to have at least two pieces of bound equipment.
Bound items can be found by selecting the "bind" option on the Smuggler which can be found in the starting room of a Dungeoneering floor. Here the player can create different bind loadouts.
To complete the achievement the player has to either load a different bind loadout or change their current binds and then load their loadout by pressing the arrow on the right side.
