The charred white boots are an item found during the Evil Dave's Big Day Out quest. They are dropped by Sir Lection, the White Knight Proselyte standing guard on the east wall of the White Knights' Castle, when he is blown out of them with the lit decoy bomb. They have no use and cannot be reclaimed after the quest.
