Cinderbane gloves detail

Cinderbane gloves are hybrid power gloves that can be obtained as a drop from creatures of the Lost Grove. They provide tier 85 hybrid armour (i.e. tier 70 equivalent), with tier 70 damage bonus. They additionally have a passive effect that applies poison to targets while worn. If any weapon poison potion is also used, the damage modifier for poison is increased by 5%, it also has a chance of triggering the poison effect a few times in a row (2-5 times in testing).

The gloves have slightly better stats than atrocious rogue gloves, but do degrade and lack a health bonus. They do, however, have the poisoning effect.

Cinderbane gloves degrade to a broken state over 60,000 charges of combat. They can be repaired by a Repair NPC for 300,000 coins, or for cheaper on an armour stand.

Repair cost

The base repair cost of the Cinderbane gloves when completely degraded to 0.0% item charge is 300,000 coins. It can be repaired by:

Alternatively, it can be repaired on an armour stand in a player-owned house, or a whetstone device anywhere. This provides a discount of 0.5% per Smithing level (including boosts).

If it is only partially degraded, then the cost of a full repair is multiplied by the percentage of item charge that needs to be repaired to produce the current repair cost.
