Cinnamon is used to make a creme brulee supreme during the Recipe for Disaster quest (Freeing Sir Amik Varze subquest). It is obtained by using a dramen branch with a pestle and mortar. Although there is a real cinnamon tree in the game, it cannot be used to obtain cinnamon; it must come from the dramen tree. If used with a brulee (egg), it will make a brulee (raw).
