Changes: Circus barker

Circus barker was removed after an update.

Circus barkers informed players of the location of the Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza. They could usually be found near banks, or in other important landmarks within a city.

The circus barkers did not actually bring the player into the circus, but only mentioned the location of the circus. To get into the circus, players need to obtain a Circus ticket from the Ticket vendor.

There were 3 types of barkers, each resembling one of the three assistants found within the circus: Magic, Ranged, and Agility.

Lumbridge (Ranged) - outside the castle
Seers' Village (Magic)
Varrock (Agility)
Falador (Magic)
East Ardougne (Ranged)
Al Kharid (Agility)
