A Class 4 Penis is made by using Sacred Clay class 4 on a Creation kiln. They can be made with level 60 summoning and require level 60 summoning to use. They act as a Beast of Burden and when you use their Special Ability (you must have at least 1 Class 4 Scroll in your inventory for this) they will deposit all of the items in their inventory to the Corresponding base you are in (Blue base if you are on the Blue team, etcetera).
