Clean buckthorn is the highest Tier 3 herb, and can be obtained by cleaning a grimy buckthorn while training Dungeoneering in Daemonheim's dungeons. Using it requires at least level 75 Herblore, and it can be added to a vial of water to create one of 4 different potions.
