Clockworks are made on a crafting bench, from one steel bar, using the construction skill, giving 15 Crafting experience points. Level 25 Construction is required to construct the Crafting Bench needed to make clockwork mechanisms in your Player Owned House POH Workshop. Level 8 Crafting is needed to make the mechanism at your own or your friend's Crafting table 2 in the Workshop of a POH.
