After completing the elite Karamja Tasks, Dell Monti will give you 40 pineapples and 40 cooking apples every day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. By far the simplest way to reach Dell Monti is by using a brimhaven tablet, available after completing the Love Story quest. Dell Monti is directly north of the teleport spot, so you can teleport and claim the fruit in less than 15 seconds. The next best way to reach Monti is to use the Lodestone teleport to Karamja, you will arrive a short distance south of him.
If you've only completed the easy tasks, Dell Monti will still give you 40 pineapples, but it's probably not worth it as they are not very expensive.
