Combination potions are unlockable potion recipes that were released with the second batch of Prifddinas updates. There are twenty-two combination potions in total. All of them need to be unlocked by purchasing the recipe from the Meilyr Herblore shop, with prices from 100,000 to 1,000,000, and nine have the additional requirement of finding unreadable pages in Daemonheim first, similar to unlocking a Fremennik Saga.
To make a combination potion, players need a 4-dose vial of each component potion, as well as a crystal flask in their inventory. Using one potion on another will create a 6-dose flask of the combination potion.
Buying all 22 recipes will cost the player a total of 11,150,000 coins.
Partially-used combination potions of the same type can be combined, by using one on the other. For example, you can combine a 1-dose potion with a 4-dose potion, to get a 5-dose potion. One of the crystal flasks will break in the process. NPCs that decant potions don't recognize these types of potions, though.
Combination potions do benefit from portable wells, as long as the player clicks the on the well at least once before making them.
Scrapped
The following is a list of combination potions that were mentioned in the design documents and feedback threads, but were eventually scrapped before the release of Prifddinas:

- Ranging antifire
- Renew adrenaline
- Renewal overload
