The communication orb is an item used to find the TokKul of TzHaar-Mej-Gek, TzHaar-Ket-Teg and TzHaar-Xil-Kal during The Brink of Extinction quest.
It is used to keep in contact with Mej-Jeh, so he can guide you to the right spots using the divination magic the orb is enchanted with.
