Consortium general secretary chathead

The Consortium general secretary plays a small role in the quest King of the Dwarves. He is the one players talk to after convincing the consortium directors to release Veldaban. He is not a member of any of the companies of the consortium and instead manages the consortium neutrally so that he can make sure it runs smoothly. During the King of the Dwarves he oversees the meeting to decide the fate of Veldaban, he does not need convincing to release Veldaban since he has no say in the actual decision.
