Corrupt Statius's full helm is part of the Corrupt Statius's equipment PvP armour set which is obtained by killing Revenants and as a very rare drop from the Chaos Elemental. It requires level 40 Defence and lasts only for 15 minutes of wearing. After the time is up, the helm will vanish.
This was the best helmet available in terms of defence bonus until the release of the Torva full helm. After the Evolution of Combat update, it has much lower stats.
The maximum amount of coins dropped is 429,439.
Once you wear this item for longer than around 30 seconds, it will have the word (deg) added to its name and it becomes untradeable. Using this item in combat adds the (deg) to its name instantly, also rendering it untradeable.
