The corrupted egg is a rare drop from corrupted creatures in the Sophanem Slayer Dungeon. It can also spawn randomly on the ground throughout Menaphos. It can inspected to unlock the Ishhara pet.

- Merchant district: South of bank, on top of a carpet (currently unreachable).
- Worker district: Left of the tent North-West of the Prayer altar.
