Cosmic gloves are elemental gloves made during the Elemental Workshop IV quest. Forging the gloves requires 38 Smithing, and they may be made with one cosmic bar and a hammer on the first floor of the elemental workshop dungeon. During the quest the player must also have a notched book in their inventory. The book is not required after completing the quest. They require 40 Defence to wear.

Cosmic gloves are also required to turn primed bars into chaos bars even after Elemental Workshop IV has been completed.
