A cosmic tiara can be made by combining a cosmic talisman with a tiara. In order to combine the tiara with the talisman, use the tiara on the cosmic altar with the talisman in the inventory, granting 40 Runecrafting experience.
A cosmic tiara can be worn in the head slot, allowing the player to left click on the altar to get inside, as well as saving an inventory space.
The Cosmic tiara can be used on the wicked hood, giving the hood two free teleports to the cosmic altar, and 5 free cosmic runes every day. This will consume the tiara.
