The Council workman is a man who works for the RuneScape Council. He repaired the bridge leading to Rellekka by himself. He plays a role in The Fremennik Trials quest where he gives the player a cherry bomb in exchange for a beer.
The workman also features in the Fremennik achievements. He gives the player their reward after completion of the easy tasks.
