A Crown of the fallen is a head item that can be obtained from collecting rose petals during the 2015 Treasure Hunter Valentine's Day promotion. 1,250 must be crushed, and 1,250 sprinkled, totaling 2,500 to unlock the crown. Once unlocked, it may be worn as the either the crown, demonic horns, or Cupid's halo. It is the final reward from the 2015 Valentine's Day event, therefore no more petals may be sprinkled or crushed once the 2,500 cap has been reached. It is also available in the 2016 event after you own all other 2015 items and spend 500 Valentine's petals, this also applies to the 2016 holiday store.
If put into a keepsake box, a replica of the crown is created, thus still allowing the player to switch between the crown, horns, or halo. The cosmetic version changes to match what the item version is currently set to (e.g. if the crown is set to demonic horns, the cosmetic version will also be demonic horns).
If you examine, it will show a High Alchemy price of 90,000 gp.
