A cup of milky tea must be given to the Old Crone during the quest Ghosts Ahoy. It can be created either by using a normal cup of milky tea on the porcelain cup, or by using a bucket of milk on a cup of tea that is already in a porcelain cup. It can also be made by using milky nettle tea on the porcelain cup. It heals 500 life points when used.
