The cut luminous ball is an item obtained in the Heart of Gielinor as part of the Mod Deg trading sequence. It is created by using a chisel on an odd luminous ball.
It may be deployed to create a floating luminous ball, which may be interacted with to do the breakdance emote and cause the screen to flash multiple colours. Other players will be able to interact with it just in the same way as the owner.
The floating luminous ball will disappear shortly after on its own, and the owner will have to wait for a short cooldown of around a minute before being able to activate it again.
