The Cyclopean helmet is a reward from the Warrior's Guild.It can only be dropped by a Cyclossus, which has a combat level of 156.This appears to be the head piece worn by the Cyclossus.

The Cyclopean Helmet offers no bonuses and is worn for cosmetic purposes only. At this point in time, it cannot be stored in one's POH costume room.

Currently, the Cyclopean Helmet is available in free-to-play servers, and is also listed in the free-to-play Grand Exchange (thus, able to obtain in free worlds by trading) despite being only obtainable in members' servers. It is unknown if this is intentional or not, considering that it is labeled as a members item on RuneScape game guide. If this were intentional, it would have the effect of increasing overall demand and thus, the ultimate market price and value of the helmet.

Currently, the helmet is decreasing in price, due to the large supply of helmets and the low demand.

The bumped text and LP bar glitch

• There were previously glitches with the helmet, involving a player's life bar and public chat text appearing far above the normal position. This glitch was fixed on 14 December 2010.
• When released, the Grand Exchange value of the helmet was 150,000 coins. This rose for only four days, then began to fall.
• If you do an emote that involves extra sprites appearing (i.e. dramatic point) the sprites will not show up but you will do the emote.
• There was previously a glitch when the player rested or bent, where the player's neck stretched to their standing position. This also occurred when a player was riding a Magic Carpet in the Kharidian Desert, causing the mask to stretch. This glitch was fixed on 4 January 2011.
