Cysur was a settlement on Tarddiad before the elves became nomadic and Crystal Shapeshifters. It is mentioned in the Weathered Tarddian Journal, in the Ancient Tarddian Journal, and by Angof. It is the settlement the remaining elves went to after Seren left Tarddiad along with the other clans.
