A dairy cow may be found in the milking room of the Empyrean Citadel during the Sliske and the Chocolate Factory easter event. She is named after the player character, and is cared for by Guthan the Infested. She wears a blanket, supposedly to keep her protected from the cold, but in actuality an attempt to hide her undead appearance. Sliske is using her milk to create his wight chocolate.
