The Dark mage is a Zamorakian mage who can be found close to the entrance of the Underground Pass in West Ardougne. He resides in a tower just ahead of the Underground Pass, which is in better shape that most of the other buildings in the town.
He will fix Iban staves for the price of 200,000 coins.
The Dark mage also offers to buy your kitten, cat, overgrown cat, wily cat or lazy cat for the fair price of 100 or 200 Death Runes , the latter being if you've completed the easy tasks in the Ardougne Achievement Diary.
