A Death altar teleport is a type of Magic tablet that teleports the player directly outside the death altar when it is broken.
It can be bought from Wizard Elriss in the Runecrafting Guild for 44 Runecrafting guild tokens (requiring 50 Runecrafting), or ten of them from Wizard Rinsit for 2,000 Runespan points. Additionally the player may only break the death altar teleport if they have completed the Mourning's End Part II quest.
