Deep Impact is a threshold ability. Similar to its basic counterpart, it stuns and binds the target for a short period of time whilst dealing 40-200% ability damage.
Against monsters that are not stun-immune, Deep Impact works well in conjunction with Wrack, since Wrack deals an extra 94% damage when the target is stunned.
This ability shares its countdown timer with other threshold stuns (Stomp, Forceful Backhand, Tight Bindings, Rout and Horror).
