Diamond jubilee souvenir flags are flags that were originally sold by Will Shakenspear, found in Varrock square, in celebration of the Diamond Jubilee. Now, Diango is the one who sells them.

They are a one handed weapon and can be wielded in the weapons slot. When wielded, they have an emote, wave, in which the flag is waved by the player for a couple of seconds.
