Dominion mines are a reward that can be purchased after killing 400 bosses and finishing all special challenges within the Dominion Tower. Each mine costs 1000 coins. You can only place 2 Dominion mines per minute.
These mines will ALWAYS hit 20% of the monsters maximum lifepoints (excluding the last bits, e.g. 16 damage versus imps, 44 versus guards and 380 versus black dragons). These mines are useful if you want to get a strong first hit on many types of dragons including mithril dragons for elite clue scroll hunting, slayer monsters that are in single combat (such as strykewyrms perhaps), and many other monsters.
These mines will NOT work in multi-combat locations such as Nex and the Corporeal Beast.
