Dominion mines are a reward that can be purchased after killing 400 bosses and finishing all special challenges within the Dominion Tower. Each mine costs 1000 coins. You can only place 2 Dominion mines per minute. They can only be used in single combat.
These mines will ALWAYS hit 20% of the monster's maximum life points (excluding the last bits, e.g. 16 damage versus imps, 44 versus guards, and 380 versus black dragons). These mines are useful if you want to get a strong first hit on many types of dragons including mithril dragons for elite clue scroll hunting, tough slayer monsters that are in single combat (such as Skeletal wyverns perhaps), and many other monsters. However, the fact that they are not stackable severely limits their usefulness, particularly with regards to Slayer tasks.
These mines will NOT work in multi-combat locations such as Nex's chamber or the Corporeal Beast's lair.
