The Dominion tower damage enhancer is one of the damage enhancers and a possible item received from the Motherlode Maw's daily random reward if the player has at least level 95 in all skills. There is also have a chance of getting one by trading Wythien ten crystal motherlode shards. Players can convert an unfocused damage enhancer to a Dominion tower damage enhancer, but it will only have half the charges than normal.

When the enhancer is in the player's inventory, they will inflict 10% more damage to bosses in the Dominion Tower. This lasts for 500 successful hits, after which the enhancer will disappear.
