The dragon full helm (sp) can be obtained by using a dragon full helm with a dragon full helm ornament kit (sp). It adds several spikes to the helm. This ornament kit, as with all other ornament kits, is completely for aesthetics, and does not give any additional bonuses. The kit can be removed at any time and it will revert to an ordinary dragon full helm and dragon full helm ornament kit (sp). The decorated helm cannot be traded.
