The red Dragon head is a quest item used during Carnillean Rising. It is found upstairs along with the black dragon head in the Carnillean mansion in Sir Ceril's room, mounted on the wall. During the quest, the two dragon heads are placed over the heads of Juvenile wolves to disguise them as dragons.
