Spiked dragon platelegs are Dragon platelegs after being used with a Dragon platelegs/skirt ornament kit (sp). They have the same equipment bonuses as the standard Dragon platelegs.
The ornament kit adds four more spikes: two to the front of each shin-guard. No tools are needed to attach or remove the ornament kit from the platelegs. Upon right clicking the platelegs (sp), there is an option to 'Split' it back into a standard Dragon platelegs and ornament kit. It cannot be destroyed after an update.
