The Dragonkin guard is a wight named Terry in a dragonkin costume that Sliske claims is keeping him and the player character prisoner during the Kindred Spirits quest.
If players have The Ravensworn title unlocked, players may ask him for a Raven costume once Sliske's ruse is revealed.
