Dragontooth Island is a members-only island which lies just off the Eastern coast of Morytania. The Ghost Captain in Port Phasmatys will take the player there and back for 25 ectotokens (10 if the player charms him with a Ring of Charos). There is little else to do there beyond cutting Evergreen trees using the Woodcutting skill, or recovering buckets of sap. It can also be used for acessing a shipwreck after Rocking Out. On the island stands a lone statue of Saradomin, which was erected by a group of refugees fleeing from Morytania. The refugees left the island shortly after that, continuing their journey to the Eastern Lands.

This island is used for the quest Ghosts Ahoy; you will need to find the Book of Haricanto here by following the instructions you got. The book is found in the middle of the southern part of the island.

This island is also used for the quest Rocking Out. There is a diving chain on the northern little stub used to find the Idol.

In the 25th edition of the Postbag from the Hedge, Reldo the Varrockian librarian sheds some light on the islands' past. Apparently, Dragontooth Island used to be a Saradominist outpost, whose inhabitants were all killed during, or soon after, the God Wars.
